Co-Constructing a Diverse Hybrid Simulation-Based Experience on First Nations Culture

BackgroundThe Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada [TRC]: Calls to Actions (2015) appealed nursing schools provide cultural training address the gaps between First Nations people registered nurses.MethodIn collaboration with social workers Elders, a pre-existing simulation-based experience (SBE) was transformed into diverse hybrid SBE.
